Keyboard controls:

  arrow keys: movement and menu navigation
  Z: choose menu option, equip/unequip item, use item, advance dialog
  X: exit from a menu, cancel an action, open the menu inside the wreckage
  A: bring up SAVE menu inside the wreckage, discard inventory item
  S: toggle item information
